Peer Review Process

Manuscript Preparation: Begin by drafting your research paper, case report, review, or other scholarly work in accordance with the formatting and submission guidelines specified by your selected journal. Be sure to comply with all structural and stylistic requirements.

Choosing the Right Journal: Select a suitable journal by considering its thematic scope, intended readership, academic influence (such as impact factor), and its alignment with your research focus.

Submission Process: Upload your manuscript using the journal’s online submission or through invited email platform. Include all necessary details such as author credentials, abstract, relevant keywords, Figures, Tables and any supplementary files or datasets.

Initial Editorial Review: Once submitted, your manuscript undergoes an internal evaluation by the editorial/Review team. This step includes checking compliance with submission criteria, running a plagiarism screening, and assessing overall relevance to the journal.

Plagiarism Screening: The journal uses advanced software tools to detect any instances of plagiarism and to verify proper citation of all referenced material.

Peer Review Process: If the paper meets initial criteria, it is forwarded to independent subject matter experts for peer review. These reviewers assess the research’s quality, originality, methodology, and overall scientific contribution, and provide constructive feedback.

Editorial Decision: Based on peer reviewers’ comments, the editor decides whether to accept the manuscript, request revisions (minor or major), or decline it.

Revision and Resubmission: If changes are needed, revise your manuscript according to the feedback received. Resubmit it along with a response letter detailing the modifications made.

Review of Revised Manuscript: In some cases, the revised version may undergo an additional peer review to confirm that all reviewer concerns have been properly addressed.

Final Acceptance and Production: Upon satisfactory revision, the manuscript is accepted for publication. It then proceeds to the production phase, which includes editing, typesetting, and final proofreading.

Publication Fees (APCs): After acceptance, the authors may need to pay an Article Processing Charge depending on type of the manuscript.

Final Author Approval: Authors are typically asked to review and confirm the final layout and content of the manuscript prior to publication.

Publication: The finalized article is published either online or in print, assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), and made accessible through the journal’s platform or indexing services.

Post-Publication Visibility: After publication, the article becomes available for citation, community engagement, and scholarly discussion.
